The Royal Sausage – Produced to commemorate the Royal Wedding and accepted as a gift Their Royal Highnesses, The Prince and Princess of Wales and HRH the Queen Mother. The Royal sausage has a very high meat content of which 30% is smoked bacon and of course fresh prime English pork, with a variety of eight spices to give a truly Regal flavour.
Pork Mustard and Honey – This superb pork sausage, contains prime English shoulder of pork and a perfect blend of spices and seasonings, flavoured with wholegrain mustards and honey. Winner of the Black County and Birmingham Speciality Prize.
The Regency – With prime English pork, bramley apple puree and leeks, perfectly seasoned with a variety of spices giving an exciting new flavour to our range of sausage products.
Pork with Stilton and Apricot – A superb pork sausage mixed with spices, English Stilton & Apricots, for those who enjoy the kick of Stilton.
The Sovereign – Produced for those who prefer an alternative to pork sausage. This sausage contains prime cuts of lamb, blended with soft dry apricots and a blend of several spices and herbs including mint.

Churchill Sausage – A very high meat content pork sausage containing fresh prime English pork, flavoured with a mixture of seasonings with crackled balck pepper, chopped tomatoes and black puddingfor thise who want that mouth-watering experience.
Boerewors Sausage – Originated from South Africa, containing prime English pork, home cured bacon and a little prime quality English steer, flavoured with a variety of herbs, spices and a small amount of malt vinegar.
Gloucester Sausage – A very high meat content pork sausage containing fresh prime English pork, flavoured with a mixture of seven spices and herbs including sage to give that traditional Olde English Flavour.
Cumberland Sausage – A high meat content pork sausage containing fresh prime English pork, coarse cut and presented in the traditional coil with a mixture of five spices and seasonings, blended to perfection.

Slimmers Sausage – Specially produced for customers on a diet, it is virtually fat free. The prime English pork used is carefully selected for its extra leanness, with our own blend of seasonings this produces a superb product with 96% meat content.
Turkey & Herbs – Using fresh turkey from a local farm, a little pork and a fine bland of herbs and spices. Available at Christmas only.
All sausages are thick and are approximately 4 to the lb, however they can all be done in thin or 6 to the lb thick and 8 to the lb thick if ordering a minimum of 5 kilo.
