Prime Fresh Foods is proud to be able to supply our customers with an exceptional range of British 28 day matured Fresh Beef, the majority of which have been reared on the lush grass pastures of Shropshire in summer and a high percentage of grass silage in winter.

The climate in Shropshire, nestling on the edge of the Cambrian Mountains is ideally suited for the rearing and finishing of prime beef cattle due to the high level of rainfall which produces some of the best grazing pastures in England.

The abattoir sets industry standards in every aspect of food processing. The animals are slaughtered with the highest regard for animal welfare standards thus ensuring the meat remains flavourful and tender. The meat is Farm Quality Assured and has full traceability from farm to fork.

The range is tailor made with the caterer in mind and includes the following popular cuts: Fillet, Sirloin, Rump, Ribeye, and Topside.
